Eureka PC Technical Support began as a small home-based projected designed to help people answer questions about their computers, the programs on them, and the bits and bobs that hold them together. The original idea for this concept was taken from a rather successful skypecast. When it was finished the three people that where offering their knowledge decided it would be a good idea to do the same on a larger scale. Through many long talks and brain storming sessions EurekaPC.net was born. The goal of Eureka PC is to provide the quickest, most accurate answers to any computer question we can, and those we can't answer to provide an alternative place to find those answers. We also plan to continue our bi-weekly skypecasts on Wednesday and Saturday nights at 7pm EST. During those times we will take live questions and provide answers in real time.

As this idea formed and became a reality we added another aspect to it. We felt it would be a good idea for us to be more informed about products so that we can recommend them with confidence. With that in mind we decided to make our site not only a tech support site, but also a review site. We will be offering reviews of new and interesting products on the website, and some of those products will then be auctioned off to our lucky members. This keeps us informed with real experience, and gives our users a chance to possibly get their hands on a newly released or inexpensive product we have reviewed.

On doing some research into other free tech help on the web we felt there was more needed. We hope to offer what others have not been able too. In order to do this we plan on answering questions quickly, with as much information as we can. We also hope to make the whole process of asking for help as easy on you, our members, as possible. Our service is a free one, but that will not stop us from going above and beyond to answer your questions. We will accept donations and thank anyone who donates in advance. The money we collect will help us make this site, and our services that much better.

Carl was born and raised in the heart of England. He has been working with computers for the past 15 years. Carl spent several years running his own web design business before meeting his fianciée and partner in this company, Sheri. He will soon be moving to the US with her and their 2 sons and starting a computer repair business.

Sheri was born and raised in New England. She has been working on and with computers for several years. She is currently working as a substitute teacher. With a degree in Social Services and a background in customer service she will be the public relations department of EurekaPC.
